These guys did a great job cleaning my truck inside and out. The main reason I took it in was to get some scratches removed from the clear coat and they did a great job of buffing them out and making them disappear. No wax on the black plastic pieces or tire spray blown up on the fenders. Quality work in my opinion.

Made an appointment days before going in. Guys at the shop had no idea I had called and acted like they did not have time. Eventually, learned that the price he quoted to me over the phone was a very base level exterior car wash for over $100.Not including any interior care at all like I had specifically requested. These guys came recommended to me by Crown Subaru, so I was a little surprised by the negative experience I had. Chose to take my business elsewhere.

I called at 9:15, they said they could do it same day. so dropped it off at 9:30. I went back at 5:15 after work and car looks INCREDIBLE. Folks did more than an amazing job. Embarrassed at how bad my car had gotten. These folks made it look like new. My son asked me if i had gotten a new car.
They did 200% of what i had expected.

I had a 10:00 AM appointment for a platinum detail ($400). I arrived at 9:45 to drop the car off, but the doors were locked (they open at 9:00). No "Be right back" sign or anything, just locked. I hung around and tried again at 10, but no one was there. I called the store number at 10:03 and the guy that responded said they would be there in 10 minutes, which would mean I'd have to wait ~30 minutes altogether to give them my money. Had it just been the 15 minutes or the 10 minutes, fine, but upwards of half an hour is ridiculous. In the end, I left and scheduled an appointment elsewhere.

You might be wondering, is it possible to remove years of dog and food stains from upholstery.
I didn’t think so but after visiting Prestige (worldwide) I was convinced anything is possible. I wish I had taken a before and after pic! Gabriel and his team took care of me and made the car look new, for an incredibly reasonable price and a 24hr turnover. I’ll be back in a few more years and already look forward to it.
