If you're familiar with acupuncture it's very similar to that and based on some of the same principals, only without the needles. Your body has specific energy points called chakras. When these chakras are blocked, it can cause pain, disease, anxiety, depression among many other maladies. When they are open, the energy of your body flows easily and you are able to self-heal and this is what Reiki does.
I will teach you all you need to know from what Reiki is and how it works to the origins Reiki and various techniques. You will be personally attuned by a Reiki/Karuna Reiki Master to the level of Reiki I, II, III Master Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. You will receive important and valuable information if you wish to start your own Reiki business.
Life Coaching is a journey of self-discovery. The beauty of my life coaching is that I will help support you through a limiting behavior, a difficult time, or situation while assisting you to come up with your own effective and workable game plan to achieve your goals. I don't stop there!

I started going to Katherine knowing very little about Reiki, but curious to see if it could improve any aspect of my life. I can’t believe what Katherine has been able to help me with. I’ve had chronic pain for 2 years and nothing has been able to ease it until Katherine! My hands and arms feel stronger every day, I feel less stressed and anxious all thanks to her. It’s clear helping others through reiki is her passion. Katherine is absolutely amazing! I felt extraordinarily light and happy when I finished my session with her! She really aligned my energy. I had no clue the intensity of reiki and what it can do. I had no idea how bad I needed it. I’m so thankful for her And I truly believe she saved my life and marriage. I will always return to her and I’m encouraging all my friends and family to see her too because everyone is dealing with something they should really let go of...and I truly feel Katherine can help with that.

I have had an amazing experience with Katherine both as a client and a student! As a client of her Reiki treatment I experienced the most relaxing and healing session of any I have had. As a student I attended her Reiki I class in December and really loved the intimate class size and instruction so that I am returning for Reiki II with the intention of taking the rest of my classes through her. I cannot recommend the therapy and the training enough!

Katherine is a fantastic teacher. So far I've received my Reiki I & II certifications with her. I so appreciate the small group and intimate learning environment. I'll be doing the Reiki Master certification with her this coming weekend and am so looking forward to it!

I recently attended Katherine’s Crystals 101 class. It was informative, interactive and so much fun! Katherine had all of the crystals that we were learning about so she provided us with hands on experience, as well. Since she has been working with crystals for much of her life, Katherine has extensive experience from which to draw. Katherine is an engaging teacher who provides ample time for questions and class discussion. This is a fantastic class for anyone who would like to learn about the properties of crystals or how to incorporate them into reiki practice. Highly recommend!

This is my 10 attempt at writing a review for Reiki Earth Mother’s Katherine McBride. Why so many “attempts”? Well, after being convinced that I was the worlds unluckiest person alive for more than a few solid years, I came to a astronomical breaking point, and I don’t mean metaphorically, I quite literally broke.
