I was referred here to keep it local and I am disappointed. Lack of communication at the sale of our side by side was one thing and I didn't leave a review, because I thought I would give the benefit of doubt. But here I am waiting for a warranty battery for my unit that is less then a year old and not only did they not call when they said but they can't tell me anything other then the person I talked to was new and didn't know much about it. If they have to tell you they are "new" 8 times in a phone conversation, they probably aren't ready to take phone calls.

I called regarding a part I needed and to check on an accessory I previously ordered. Neal was very happy to help. He and other parts department staff went above and beyond to look for the part (which was in the store, according to the computer). The large accessory is on order and the other part I needed is there for me to pick up when I go to the store next. The entire staff of Rods is very friendly and helpful. Im definitely going to be a long time customer!

Heading on a trip to the black hills from Milwaukee and my fuel pump failed about 10 miles outside your store. I was able to make it there an they helped me pick up my bike within an hour of it breaking down. The service members were great to work with and really helped me out a lot. They were able to bipass my fuel pump which allowed me to get home gravity feeding the motor. They saved my trip and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Would defiantly recommend you guys to anyone I know. Thank you for being there to save the day!

Took ranger in for routine maintenance & check of brakes. Oil & filter was changed but it was not lubed! When i asked,, i was told that lube was not included,, for the price I paid, I am very disappointed. When I dropped it off I asked if it would get a good inspection and was told 'yes,' I am quite sure that did not happen either.

Rod sold me my second motorcycle back in 2004, and everytime I see him he always says "hello" I moved away and recently moved back to lax. I went on for a stripped bolt today and the service guys helped me out right away. I didn't see Rod but you can tell he runs a great shop because they helped me out no charge. I appreciated the help. These guys will always do right! THANKS

This is going to a be a long one, so buckle up. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are some of the kindest, most helpful, knowledgeable, honest humans I have ever encountered.
I was riding my motorcycle (the long way) from Minneapolis to Kansas City when I realized I had some sort of electrical/charging issue. I was able to limp it into Rod's. Upon arrival, they greeted me, let me bask in the air conditioning and jumped right to work trying to figure out the electrical issue. They named that their motorcycle mechanic wasn't in that day, but didn't let that stop them. Despite it being VERY

The store manager Jen runs an outstanding team of people! Their maintenance team is thorough and service department is extremely helpful. The guys in the parts department are very conscientious and friendly. Ian was a great sales associate and extremely kind and helpful. And you couldnt ask for a better guy than Joe Labansky in the finance and warranty department. I appreciate the whole experience at Rods!

While motorcycle riding the Driftless area with friends, I realized my front tire was too badly worn for safety. I rode carefully to La Crosse, and the crew at Rod's replaced it and had me back on the road in the time it took to drink a lemonade. They saved the day, and maybe more than that.

We reached out to Rod's Ride On Powersports initially through their website to receive assistance on information regarding the differences in Sea Doos and Yamahas, as we were interested in getting a jet ski geared towards beginners. We had made contact with 2Brothers as well, however, we ended up being able to make it to Rod's prior to going to 2Brothers, as the former is located closer to where we live. First time buying a bike and was a great experience with all the guys and women their. I let my emotions get the best of my got excited and realized after signing all my papers they never discussed pricing with me. Originally settled for a 2018 permission red Z125 Pro which msrp is $3,199 but couldn't wait so settled for a 2018 Z125 Pro which msrp is $3,399 (originally what Honda groms go for) signed the papers and realized it's $3,799. Long story short just check pricing before purchasing. I could have spent $400 in gas drove to Florida and picked up the same bike for $3,399 and still

Just bought a sport motorcycle from Rod's on Saturday. He personally took care of me, from driving 30 minutes away to look at my cycles for trade values, giving me a fair price on the cycle I bought and parts, and then delivering my cycle and picking up my trades. Great experience, and will recommend my friends to go there.

I bought my very first motorcycle here in 2009. It was an '09 Suzuki DR650 which I still have. The service has always been excellent, the store is always well stocked with jackets, helmets and other gear in my size. If they don't have it, they can probably order it. Just ask.
The inventory is always new. Nothing gets dusty here. This always makes for a good excuse to stop by and kick some tires.
Fall of 2016 I bought my second new bike from them, a 2016 Kawasaki Versys 1000LT. I like that the sales staff isn't on commission. In fact Neil recommended I ride

The owner and sales staff was very helpful in giving me info on new bikes when I was looking to buy. I decided to buy from somewhere else, but it was not for dissatisfaction of the Rod's Ride On experience, they had just sold the bike I wanted the week before. Bummer. Even though I have not purchased a bike from Rod's Ride On, I have done plenty of service there. The service department is thorough, honest, friendly, and reasonably priced.
