I have a German made glass lifting machine with a hydraulic tilt feature. Something failed and all of the hydraulic oil leaked out, completely disabling the machine. I was worried about how long it would take to get parts to repair this thing. Rupe's was able to repair the damaged parts and install new seals in a few hours. Great job!!!

I can't say enough. Mike went all out when UPS lost a part I needed. Mike was able to machine the part from scratch and get my skid steer back to work ASAP. Without this old school mentality towards customer service and highly skilled workers in the shop we would be dead out in the field. Thank you Mike and Rupes for being there. These guys and gals will get you back to working with your equipment as fast as possible and a quality job done.

First time I’ve been to this company for repairs on my high pressure hoses. Like almost everything else I do, I looked them up on Google Maps and read their reviews and I must say that they were 100% accurate.
I had a couple of repairs that needed specialty type connectors which day I had in stock and they didn’t mind accommodating – or charging me extra for my special circumstances. One other thing, as someone who drives a large truck and tow a trailer there large parking lot makes getting in and out easy.
It’s nice to know that if I am ever in the Escondido\San Marcos or Vista area

Multiple trips to try and get something done. Takes 5 weeks for little job. If you're not a big company that gives them lots of work you may be pushed aside and left to wait..

Drove up an hour out they said they had a unit turns out to be wrong. Drove back the next day they removed the unit and got the info to find the unit. two weeks later I get an email to send model and serial. The reason we went up was to have them identify the unit.Another case of half assing your job it's not my job syndrome.

Have a 8 year old compact trac loader.

Took it to Rupe's to get the drive working correctly.
The machine took forever to fix with difficulty removing motors, apparently the spline was not greased at factory and had fused. Needed both new drive pumps and a left side motor.
I imagine from what they were telling me they put allot of free labor hours. Final bill was lower than the original estimate they provided.

It's very hard to find shops that will be considerate of cost(s).

Unfortunately machine had to go back in 3 days later. I lost all hydraulics.
They took responsibility for not

This place is a joke. Took in an HUP to fix a leak and left with more problems then i brought it in with. They obviously had no knowlege on the equipemt that they supposedly fix. And then they charged me 400$ in just labor and its still not fixed. In total I spent almost 600$ and now I need to go fix it myself.

I have been taking my cylinders to Rupe's for repair for many, many years now. I have found them to be fair, good about time to return items to me, and overall friendly and courteous. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cylinder repair or replacement.

I had an aftermarket power steering line for my nissan 240sx, and one of the fittings had been busted, i took it to rupe's, asked if i should come back later or the next day, and the guy said "no, just wait, it'll take 5 minutes". In literally 3 minutes, he was back with my hose, had cut off the old fitting and crimped on a new one. Ordering a new hose would have cost me $125 + shipping, and a week wait for delivery. Rupe's charged me $15. I gave him $20 and left and could not possibly be more pleased.
