In 1992, he joined the Cleveland Clinic, where he completed his internship, residency, fellowship in Pain Management and research fellowship. Since 1999, he has been recognized for his specialty in Pain Management, for being an international speaker and for his numerous research accomplishments.

Most of the steroid injections are safe up to six times per year. The number of steroid injections needed by a patient depends upon their response to the injections. Since the injections are done locally and precisely using a fluoroscope (x-ray) machine, the amount of steroid injected is very small.

Dr Basalli is amazing. He is so kind and caring. I would not be walking without him. I had several issues with pain in my back, hip, knee, and neck. With his management, I can walk again. He has a gift to help people. Sometimes he runs behind because he does his job right. No short cuts He really cares about his patients and their best interest is always top priority. I just trust him. He has never failed me yet. Been with him about a year. My husband, daughter, and friends all go to him. All positive experiences.

This is the worst place to go I went there and I sat there for three hours for them to say that I was too young to get pain medication so I should just pretty much suffer with my pain if you’re planning on going here I think really long and hard if you wanna waste your time sitting in an uncomfortable waiting room sitting in an uncomfortable office just to hear that they can’t do anything

I love coming here!! Everyone is always so helpful and easy to get along with. I’ve been to a couple different pain management places but no one compares to DR BASALI. he is straight to the point and compassionate to your situation. He always gets the job done right. I’ve suffered with back pain 20 years now and no one can help contain my pain like they do. The reviews don't lie about the wait sometimes, but we've worked for over a year with Dr. Basali and seem to really have a handle on my chronic pain problems now. I had a rheumatologist treating my pain problems until they started all the red tape with opioid prescriptions. My sister-in-law has similar problems and so I took her recommendation to start going to PMI. It's not been easy, but it's working for the time being, so I'm very happy with them.

Dr Basali is the first pain management Dr that's actually made a difference in the chronic pain I am in 24/7 due to multiple fractures and nerve damage I have acquired over the years. The Dr and his staff actually listen to what myself and other patients have to say. I'm not sure what Dr Basali does differently with the injection and nerve burns but for a period of about two and a half months the pain is about 70% less compared to less than 15-20% bearable with medications I've recommended his practice to family and friends that are in pain whether from injury or age. Thanks again to Dr and staff
