Mike has now repaired both a laptop and desktop for me. He was great to work with. He kept me updated on his progress, gave me options, and performed the repairs at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
Here is an update to my previous review. I had an issue with recording video and gave Mike a call. He has worked with me over the phone several times to resolve the issues I was having. He was extremely helpful and provided several options for me. I would have to give Mike my strongest recommendation. Thanks for all you help Mike!!!

Every time I have a computer problem I go straight to this guy. He has all the solutions to every problem. It's almost scary how knowledgeable he is. Whether it be internet, pc, or a problem of the sort, he'll fix it and also help boost the current setup to make it better. I'm so glad I found this person, because every other place just gave a quick fix that wouldn't last.

I broke two screws on my newly bought dell xps 15 laptop when I tried to open it and replace the ssd and repaste the thermal compound. I searched for hours and couldn't find a way that I am capable of to get those stripped screws out. It was 10:45 pm and Toggle Computers is the only one that still open. I was so desperate and tried to call their number and Mike pickup the phone and I told him the problem and Mike told me he could fix it! He is so experienced and also very honest. The screws need to be drilled out and I was expecting some scratches on the case. but to my surprise, there is none

We had our lap top repaired in less than a week at a fraction of the cost of other competitors. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful before and after the service. Had my computer screen replaced, screen is great! Week turnover time, not bad. A little on the pricey side, but reasonable. BUT!!!!! 4 months after getting my screen replaced, I replaced my base panel because it was cracked. I wanted to do it myself. FOUND 3/4 OF MY SCREWS STRIPPED, SCREW TREAD STRIPPED, FEMALE TREAD STRIPPED or GONE!!! Found that they were being held together with super glue. The screws with missing female tread to be held in place by using a washer on the inside of the panel, to give the illusion that the screw was holding something. A half hour project took 5 hours to work

The owner, Mike is a very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing computers. If he can fix it, it will be done. The price is also very affordable, coming from a college town where money is tight for a lot of the residents here. It's very helpful. If you have a problem with your laptop or desktop and can't figure it out yourself, definitely give him a call.

I was having so many problems with my computer and could only use it for 3-4 minutes before it would want to shut down. I was fortunate to be referred to Michael Croskey, who has started his own business. He did a great job in cleaning up my computer and making it a much better experience to use it. Thanks so much for doing such a good job and doing it with such good service. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing computer work done.

I wish I could give him a sixth star! Completely honest and reliable. Didn't try to up-sale me and explained why he recommended the parts he did. Had my computer up and built within a week without any issues. But I think the part I loved the most was that he did not charge me any extra for the parts of my computer, just the labor of putting it together. Really blew me away with his honesty. This is a guy who isn't in it for the money, he just really loves the work he does.
12/10 would recommend.
