I write to thank you for the work you did in handling the disposal of my mother's household furnishings following her death in late July of this year. ONE OF THE BEST Estate Sale companies - They price goods to get the estate or client the best return on their assets. AOM knows the value of everything I have seen over the last 12 years. I will use this team to sell my art, high end furnishings and my household possessions when we move to a senior living arrangement. AOM stages everything expertly, prices items in keeping with the marketplace and gets clients the most money for their possessions. Resellers and dealers hate AOM as they cannot 'steal' goods to resell at their stores or Ebay as AOM prices to get the most for their clients. So many

Everyone who works there weas rude. They show you that they don't care if you buy or not. I once held something from upstairs that wasn't priced and grabbed it downstairs to ask about it. It was super expensive so I said I don't want it. The guy took it from my hand super annoyed and said I probably lost him a sale cause I brought it down. Like seriously? The only thing you should go to see at their sales are the houses.

This was my first experience with an AOM sale, and also my 1st time actually complaining about a sale I've attended. I was truly disappointed. These were the rudest " salesmen" I've ever encountered at an estate sale. The way these dudes were talking to paying customers was deplorable. And the prices.... wow, SKY HIGH! Came to buy Magnepan MMG speakers and they are priced over original $1000 retail asking price. Where do they do that? We do estate sales every weekend and never have we been so off put. I'm sure these words will be echoed in quite a few complaints, as it seemed to be the overall

However, this company proves to be, time and time again, extremely overpriced rather abrupt and unfriendly and I'm never had a pleasant experience with this company at all. I know make it a point to not visit those sales because they are neither pleasant nor priced appropriately.
