We booked Phoenix staffing for staff in March for our event at the end of June. We required 14 staff. 2 days before they rang to tell us that they couldn't get the staff there, then only 8 staff turned up and 1 left mid event because he didn't fancy it. They also turned up in the wrong uniform, looking scruffy and didn't have a clue what they were doing.
When dealing with Sarah (the director of the company) she wouldn't accept that she was in the wrong and did not understand what had gone wrong.
We use staffing agencies a lot and this is the worst I have ever had to use and the inexperienced
