After moving in to a new house 2 years ago, one of the items that needed to be updated was the awning fabric in our backyard due to mold and holes. I was a little heated when I wrote my original review, and maybe a little too critical. I was very upset because of the customer service (or lack there of) and installation delays, and my frustration was only exacerbated by the blasé and unsympathetic response of the seemingly more senior member of a duo sent to “set my hardware.” That said, I have no complaints about the quality of the final product and ultimate installation. Nate had attempted to reach out to me after my complaint, and unfortunately I have been traveling throughout the summer and have not responded.

We had Bermuda shutters and an awning installed on our shore home and we were very pleased how it turned out. From the first time we met Nate Berges when he came to our home and showed us his products to finishing our job, he and his crew were very professional and tops in our book. His crew cleaned up our property and you would never know they were even there. Nate communicated every step of the way and got back to any emails we sent to him immediately.
