John Cooper Paving & Sealing, Inc. installs new construction driveways, remodeling and parking lots. If the condition of your existing asphalt is beyond repair due to cracks, puddles, heaving rocks or just settling caused by old age, a new driveway is recommended. Excavation work is done with a bobcat in order to remove any rocks, roots, very small stumps, and any other impurities that may be in the area.
John Cooper Paving & Sealing, Inc., of Abington, Massachusetts, offers pavement sealcoating and resurfacing for their surrounding communities. Our services will add years of life to your existing installation. Do not drive or park on your driveway for at least three days after it has been installed, or even longer if the temperature is very hot.
To protect and maintain your new or old driveway, we suggest you apply seal coat. Seal coat should be applied twelve months after installation and maintained every two years. John Cooper Paving & Sealing, Inc. has been seal coating driveways since 1946. Our experienced workers will clean your driveway and ensure all debris is removed from the pavement including edge grass.
Whole experience was excellent starting with meeting Denise-she was very responsive to all our calls and changes we made. I saw their work in my neighborhood, called and in a few days had an estimate, the price was right and the finished seal coat looks great.

From start to finish, both Denise and Jacquie were great with communication and pleasant to work with. They worked with us to get our driveway project designed and finalized. We went from a gravel driveway to asphalt and since our driveway is very large with tricky drainage situations, we ended up getting a drywell pit installed as well. The crew… was fantastic and worked hard for 2 days to make sure everything was pitched correctly from multiple directions. We couldn't be happier with the end results! This company is great! We changed our original plans and they were able to adjust for us without any issues. We went from having a tiny driveway only big enough for one car to being able to easily fit four vehicles! This was the best company we could have asked for and they exceeded our expectations. I would recommend John Cooper paving to anyone who is looking to get their driveway done. They took the time and put in some effort to make sure the job was done right. I contacted the company on behalf of a number of neighbors in a relatively new community in Plymouth, MA. Each of the residents was in need of having their driveways sealed since they'd been in their houses for a year or more. Communication with the company was first rate from start to finish. When cracks kept appearing in my brand new driveway every time would be a different excuse or reason instead of apologizing and saying she will fix them she blamed them on a leaking underground drainage pipe for my gutters and the crack at the end of the driveway was the seam where the driveway meets road nothing she can do lol what a joke

I would give the business 10 stars if I could . They did a new driveway for our house in Cohasset last year and it was a pleasant surprise that while we were interviewing contractors , Denise Cooper came down to give an estimate and was prepared with references , tips and actually had everything that we needed ready in a folder that we could study while making the decision . How many times do you see that with a contractor ?

I chose John Cooper's to extend and finish my driveway for a few reasons -- they have a lot of consistent good reviews on Google and Yelp, reasonable quote out of the 5 I got, the customer service, and lastly, it's a woman-led business. You don't find many women entrepreneurs in the construction related industry let alone running a Paving and Sealing company. I spoke with Denise Cooper a couple of times and we sealed the deal when I met her in person. She seems like a straightforward and no bullsh1t kind of person which is something that I respect and love to do with an honest business

We created a driveway "plan" in early 2015, that was 3 phases to be done over time, to remove the old cement driveway, and install a new one, with a branch off of it, going to a large pad in the back. We are embarking on the final phase this fall. We're very happy with JCP. Their people are efficient, and pleasant. Denise is very responsive. Overall quality work. I recommend them to neighbors looking to do paving projects.
