Awesome place!!!! Owners extremely nice and helpful!! Love the greeting cat!!! Super clean comfortable beds nice and quiet close to quite a bit of stores and restaurants!! You really can't beat this place!!! For those of you that need it WIFI is provided as well as a tv.

OK I have to say a whole room full of knotty pine paneling had me wondering. But the place was great super clean and the staff was very friendly. I’ll be back up here for work and I’ll make this my go to place. And I love the old fashion door keys.

Rooms are clean and staff is excellent. Perfect little roadside motel.

I have stayed here every week for months while traveling for work. I don't know if I've ever met kinder strangers in my life. Krystal and Phil have been so kind, hospitable, and accommodating while I have been staying with them. Every room is always clean and prepared... I literally cant think of a negative thing to say after over 30+ visits here. I hope to be back soon. THANK YOU GUYS!
Plus Rockville is adorable.. clean.. and with many antique and boutique shops to shop at during downtime.

Above and beyond. The owners were some of the nicest people I have met. I had some trouble with my truck and it was at the mechanic shop in town. The owners offered to go pick up dinner for me if I didn’t want to walk, and offered to drive me to the shop to pick up my truck. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Comfortable bed, clean, fridge and microwave, nice tv, and walking distance to lots of restaurants. I couldn’t feel better about giving them my money which was very reasonable. If I’m ever in town again this is definitely where I will stay. Highly recommend.....

Very comfy & clean!! Stayed with family and we booked 4 rooms. They were all very nice! A/C was amazing and kitchenette was really nice. Very friendly staff! Rebooking for next year!!!

Air conditioners need thoroughly cleaned, not just the filter. Carpet could use cleaning (#6)
People need to go away from building to smoke cigarettes so the smell doesn't come in other people's windows or doors, it's called being considerate of other people,
Other than that I enjoyed my stay, slept well

I have stayed here 2 times, and both have been excellent. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Small but cozy. The owners are very nice , and are very helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

One of our favorite places to stay when passing through. it is so clean and provides such a comfortable like-home feelings. check in process is so easy every time. i can’t forget to mention how reasonably priced it is! we recommend it to everyone we know!
