UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL POST WHICH FOLLOWS. This place has not had more than a 2 star review in two years. Crooked in with Big Pharma Pill Mill. Call the Feds for a full investigation and close it down for good. Original post after my initial post that was pulled down as follows: I personally had a very poor experience. Definitely in with "Big Pharma". More interested in pushing heavy doses of medications verse properly treating their patients. Basically a pill mill. Hopefully this gets investigated sooner than later. Ironically I posted this review about two years ago. I was reviewing my Google

I've been trying for over a month now to get a simple prescription refill for a common Anti-Depressant. My pharmacy says I need to call the prescriber (CPC) and I can't get through to anyone at any office. I've left my information and prescription refill needs through their automated phone menu as directed several times. And yet I never received any response - either from my Pharmacy or CPC. Completely unacceptable! It's obvious they have no care at all for their patients and only interested in making as much money as possible! Go anywhere else!

Been trying to get in touch with a psychiatrist for almost two months, I get a run around on the phone and no calls back every time. According to the front desk, the psychiatrists and the front desk don't communicate at all so there is no way to tell what is going on with them. Don't waste your time, you will not get in touch with a psychiatrist no matter what you do.
They give nothing but canned responses and play ring around the rosey on the telephone each and every time you call. It's now been more than two months and I can't speak to a psychiatrist no matter what I do. If I could put multiple

Megan Klein has been a wonderful provider for my teenager. She is respectful, thoughtful, and engaging. Its not easy to get a depressed 14 year old to open up but she has succeeded! The office staff seems a bit overwhelmed at times, but are still helpful and I can tell they are doing their best during this challenging time. I can't recommend Megan highly enough. She's a wonderful provider and we feel lucky to have her on our team.

My original doctor left the practice and i got stuck with renee who repeatedly called the wrong number to contact me and would not work with me on how to get ahold of me as where I live has no service. Her last message was giving me an attitude and then kept listing me as missing appointments. I ended up being discharged and they hung up on me. Now i have no way to get my much needed medication and i do not want to continue attempting to work with these people.

After years of going to doctors and licensed professionals from this group, I feel like it was more time wasted than well spent. My most poignant memory was from Candace O’Brien to whom I mentioned concerns about a med she prescribed that my local pharmacist brought up, and her response was and I quote “That is a load of happy horse (expletive).” She then proceeded to say that if I was uncomfortable with her choices, I could look for someone else. And sure enough that’s what I did. Mahmoud and his son Shariff are at least courteous and up front all things considered, but I still feel that

This place claims to be doing good for patients, giving "quality care". I have not seen someone for almost a year. Within that time I have called numerous times trying to see a provider and they just keep taking my info. "someone will get back to you". when? For those that are looking for a clinic this is not the one. Stay far away from this clinic as far you can. Far far away.
update: I am NOT a new patient, I have been an established patient for at least two years (if not longer). My provider is no longer there and regardless of how many times that I call to get set up with someone else I get

I saw a med provider here for 2 years and now that the provider has left, I am no longer using this facility. After trying a number of therapists out, I have found the clinician's techniques to be outdated and not-gender affirming. I had one therapist deny me care because I am non-binary and when I brought this problem to my med provider, the med provider apologized that this therapist's words hurt my feelings.

I choose to write the review on my own with no prompting from the CPC group. I found them to be kind, patient, good listeners, helpful and very sincere in their attempts to help me with both my anxiety and depression. My time waiting in the reception room was brief and I received my meds as directed and as needed. I found them to be exceptional professional and each staff associate was in my view fabulously wonderful !!!! I would highly recommend them for your mental health care.

I’ve been receiving treatment here for about 8 months and as of my last appointment, my practitioner started getting extremely confrontational. She verbally attacked me in regards to me supposedly being rude to the receptionist about waiting for 30+ minutes my last appointment. *note that the appointment before that I sat there for another 30+ minutes after being told that the receptionist Phoebe forgot to check me in, and I ended up having to reschedule and go home after waiting all that time*. She acted extremely unprofessional calling me disrespectful, rude, and basically implied I can’t
