High Mountain Hall
We'd love to help you plan your celebration! High ceilings and open beam work evoke the serenity and holiness of the church the building once was, creating a simple, elegant venue, without any religious symbolism. There is an open, welcoming appearance, which allows each event to create its own look and feeling.

A variety of fitness classes are scheduled seven days per week. Each teacher is an independent contractor, so they set and collect their own fees. Generally, classes are 'drop in' and all are welcome. A special event may cancel a class, so please check our online schedule for current information.

Iyengar yoga focuses on alignment and precision in the poses. B.K.S. Iyengar believes that the body is the doorway into the soul. Through absolute attention to the small actions in the body, one's mind is more easily cleared and the student becomes very present. This is a dynamic class moving through the full range of asanas; we commence with a flow of standing postures, often move through backbends/twists/forward bends, and do inversions.
Explore the wide world of swing with us, in Midcoast Maine. Get solid beginner lessons and exciting intermediate and advanced lessons in different styles of authentic swing: East Coast, West Coast, Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, Blues, Vintage Jazz and swing line dances. Combine the stability and ease yoga brings to your body with interval training. This class will get your heart pumping, get you moving, tone, and strengthen. Start and end with a short yoga flow and relaxation, but the heart of the class is to spark your inner fire. Go as fast or as slow as you need.

High Mountain Hall was an excellent choice for a wedding reception venue! They were incredibly well priced and very accommodating and friendly! It is an absolutely beautiful room, and it fit roughly 100 people and a full buffet and small dance floor comfortably! Courtney was so nice to work with and she kept us very well informed. There were no hidden surprises at any point when dealing with them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reception venue!
