The physicians, nurses and staff at Pointe Primary Care remain committed to helping you receive the care that you need. While we find so much joy in seeing our patients and families in person, we realize providing care from afar is a necessary option for healthcare during these unprecedented times.

You now have the option of Telehealth Virtual Visits with your physician. To schedule a virtual visit or regular in-office visit, contact the office or send an appointment request on our patient portal. Our nurses and schedulers will help you determine the best type of care to address your needs.

There is something very wrong with my experience dealing with a doctor her assistant and the medical nurse. The lack of response follow up any kind of professionalism it's completely missing. I have no clue what their problem is but when I needed the most they dropped the ball.

Worst office I have ever seen at. Don't get back to you with your results. Extremely unprofessional operation and nasty attitude with their clerical staff

Absolutely love this office and Jennifer Shade. I have been going here for years and was seeing Dr. Raffel. When he retired, I began to see Jennifer Shade. She is absolutely wonderful, compassionate, very knowledgeable and works with me to find the best care for my issues. I moved 1.5 hours away four years ago but I still continue to see her. When you find someone great don’t let them go!

I have seen Dr Prigg for 10+ years. As long as he is practicing, I won't see anyone else.

I have a very complex case and I have found Susan Parks to be compassionate and comprehensive in her care, a rarity in this day and age. After seeing a few doctors that left me underwhelmed, she is a breath of fresh air and goes the extra mile in listening, examining and working with my semi-difficult insurance company and the difficult parameters of the general state of medicine in the US to make sure I am getting the best care possible in the circumstances. It can be very frustrating as a patient when you have a long term illness and many health care providers push you off because you are not

Dr. Raffel retired. I don't care for the way it was handled, or the bedside manner of the replacement they assigned me. She didn't listen to me, at all. She was only interested in giving an obvious welcome to my roster of Patients sort of speech. Followed by the flu shot sales attempt. Ending with what she thought in regards to how I should live my life. Never listening to what I had to say. Never even asked! Interrupted me constantly. Staff does not wash hands nor do they wear gloves. Doubtful I will return.

My doctor was Dr. Raffel and I was very pleased with him! After his back surgery, I was told by the front desk at Wagner and Prigg that he had retired. I was very disappointed and began to look for a new primary care doctor. I just happened to use Beebe Walk in for a UTI on a weekend day and by talking with the nurse found out that Dr. Raffel had NOT retired and is actually practicing on his own in Millsboro! I called him and happily joined his new practice. I called Wagner and Prigg to ask why I was given incorrect information and was passed to the office Manager. I left a message asking her for

Awesome office staff!:Called office prior to opening for a sudden onset of an illness and got a call back immediately upon office opening with an appointment time within one hour of speaking with them. Was signed in and taken to the exam room within 15 minutes of arrival. The Physician Assistant Robert Barwick was very friendly and thorough with his exam. Upon check-out, Sherry at the front desk spent atleast 20 minutes on the phone, most of it on hold, scheduling a test for me for later that day. As a current patient of theirs, I would also add that they have always been prompt with very little

Dr. Raffel seems quite competent and is very friendly and seems to listen well. Unfortunately The same cannot be said of the staff at the front desk and the referral desk. They got my ordered wrong, scheduled the appointment wrong and never called me back when I tried to reschedule per doctors orders. To detail my experience, I went in for my first visit suffering from Gaul stones and several other issues. Dr R. ordered the appropriate scans, blood work and a follow up 3 days later but the referral desk made a total hash of it making the scan appointment for a full week later when one was available
