The front desk receptionist "Pat" is the most rude, unprofessional, and honestly evil person. I've sat in the lobby and watch her be so demeaning to these poor people that clearly you can see most are disabled. I seen her lie to the clients. Go out of her way to make sure you don't get your meds. That she demeans you in front of the whole business. It really is a shame . If she hates her job and people so much she really needs to seek work elsewhere.

I'm really, very sorry to say that this clinic will refuse all treatment to you if you have a child (almost 10yo) and no support circle. From a quick med check to procedures.
I understand the procedures, I would not want my child to be there for that of course. But a quick check in to renew a card or meds? Really?
And the condensending attitude toward me and others I've observed is offensive. Just because I'm in pain, and I have a child that I have no choice but to bring with me (personal to the child), doesn't make the staff or doctors better than I am. The lack of compassion and understanding

Dr. Obah and his team are amazing! I can't say enough good things about them! I have severe arthritis in my jaw joint that has started to deteriorate. My oral surgeon recommended a jaw joint replacement, and I am only 38. I decided to seek treatment at LifeSpring Pain Management clinic, and my quality of life has improved so much. I started doing SGB shots that has not only helped with my pain but also helped with my anxiety. As a practitioner who helps others, I need to be on my A-game, and with Dr. Obah and Kim and their excellent staff, I have been able to continue helping our community. Today

Jenny who is in charge of scheduling completely spoke over me and hung up on me and was telling me to stop yelling when I was not yelling. Extremely unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint to corporate.
The center is nearly impossible to get a hold of. I’ve been trying to call somebody to get in touch with them in regards to an appointment. I have made over 15 calls. Before then I was trying to get a hold of them for weeks in regards to renewing my medical cannabis card. I left multiple messages and no one would ever call me back I eventually called and finally got a hold of somebody who

I’m writing on behalf of my mother who I took to many of her appointments. Dr. Obah seems to be absolutely great with the treatments he does. However most often she saw Dr. Cindie Dodenbier who was extremely unprofessional. A typical appointed once you were done waiting was to have Cindie come in pull up all the records on the computer, ask “So how was the last month?” to which my mom would describe whatever particular issue she had experienced. She has fibromyalgia and a variety of other old injuries and issues that flare up at different times. Cindie would nod then look at the current status

L am grateful for this clinic. l love my Dr. as a close friend and she truly cares about me. l just hate how long you have to wait to be seen. ln the end it is worth it though. l look forward to my appointments each month. l am so glad that I don't have an addiction problem, l feel sorry for those that do. lt definitely is a very good clinic for those that suffer in pain.

First I have to state for the record LifeSpring Pain Management is the best in the business. Dr Obah is an incredible Dr who has put together a wonderful & fantastic team. The Providers like Danna Schow, Cindie, Stacey & all the others truly care. I have been a patient of Dr Obah's going on 10 years now, he is the only Dr I will ever trust to give me Spinal Injections. I have read the negative reviews & can say these people are not true pain patients, in fact I would say they are Dr Shoppers or Med seekers. LifeSpring is for honest Pain Patients not for Med. Seekers or Dr

Usually about a 20-30 min wait is all. Office staff is always very friendly to me, and my doctor is one of the nicest ladies ever. Their clinic is clean, and they always have the tv’s on. My doc knows me and always asks about what’s going on in my life. She treats me very well and has honestly been very easy to see every month, I actually enjoy it cuz she seems like she honestly cares. I have also had a few complications over the past year and she is not judgemental in the slightest. Dr Obah is also very nice as I’ve seen him on occasion too. They don’t push injections like some of the

I have been going to Lifespring pain management for more than a year. Although they are better than Grainger pain (who are truly horrible), they still are not very good.
YOU have to be the Dr, because they will just think you are a drug addict or depressed.
Also, they dont have enough staff to do their job for the insurance companies. Expect bills to go directly to collections instead of trying to find out what the issue is.
Also expect them to NOT give your insurance company what is needed, and expect to NOT get your medications on time. This one is a killer, when you are in chronic pain and

Dr. Obama is an amazing doctor and has helped me out quite a bit he really is truly amazing. However there are a couple nurses that tend to get get snappy and don't seem to care if you have to sit there in pain and wait hours just to be seen. is this office was a little bit more organized I believe it would come a lot further. There is one lady at the front desk who is always pretty rude to me and to be able to run a successful business there should be staff that treats their patients very politely and courteously. All in all I hope that this business gets a lot better and I believe that it will

I first went to this pain center about 3.5 months ago. I first saw Danna and she was wonderful, she noticed I had tremendous issues with my spine and was quick to say she'd like me to see Obah since he specializes in that area.
She then got me on medications to start helping me get through the pain and scheduled me in to see Obah for a consult.
When I saw Obah he was so compassionate and took careful time to review my MRI's, past surgeries and perform several tests. Even though my initial appointment was just a consult he then went ahead and provided an injection with my consent since my case
