Faye is a UKCP and BACP accredited psychotherapist with 4 years' experience, who is due to finish her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy in 2021. Faye believes that therapy can be an opportunity for people to develop a deeper self-awareness and understanding of ways in which they relate to themselves and others.
My clinic in Surbiton provides counselling and CBT services as part of an integrative psychotherapy approach. Before deciding on the appropriate treatment plan, I will conduct an initial consultation which considers what your goals are, if you have any symptoms you would like to alleviate and how your problems are currently impacting your life.
If you are looking for a psychotherapist in Surbiton and would like to book an appointment or learn more about my treatments and approaches, then please feel free to get in touch.
Before arranging an appointment, we will have a brief telephone consultation where you will be able to outline why you are seeking help, what your difficulties are and what you would like to achieve in therapy so that I can make an assessment and recommend the best treatment.I am recognised by the following health insurance providers: AXA, VitalityHealth, Aviva, Healix Health Services, WPA, IPRS Health, and Moving Minds.

For some it may be a few weeks, for others it will be a few years. I work in an open-ended way which means that we can work together for as long as you find it helpful. Regular attendance is necessary in order to build a strong therapeutic alliance and therefore the minimum is one session a week. For some people it will be helpful to have more than one session a week, which we can negotiate.
