I had an excellent experience with Palmer Trophy & Awards. We needed a special customized plaque that included pins, badges, and custom artwork. I wasn't sure how I was going to explain all these details over the phone during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place restrictions. Jules from Palmer Trophy and I had a Zoom meeting so he could see all the details. By the end of our call, he understood everything and started working on getting the materials needed. I shipped him the custom pins and artwork and emailed the exact wording for the plaque. I was then sent a preview of the plaque for

Jules is a gifted designer , and extraordinary problem solver. He is patient, honest , and extremely knowledgeable. He is an excellent communicator and goes above and beyond, far exceeding the expectation.
The staff were extremely helpful from the minute I called to inquire until the minute I left with the Crystal.
I am extremely happy with the Award I had designed here, and will most certainly be back again in the future.

I was in the sign business for 25 years. I said I wanted a brass sign with my 3 door numbers 424 as dark and bold as possible and money was no object. The young man said he'd give me exactly what I wanted and charged me $20 which I paid in cash. He purposely gave me single line engraving that was the thinnest I'd ever seen and the letters were so small that you couldn't see the numbers even up close. And it took me two weeks to get it even though I live in Palmer. It was pure and utter spite work, and now I know why the place is always empty. His attitude was that all they cared about was trophy
