My mothers appt was at 9:00. We were only ones here that i know of. 9:20 I asked if her appt was at 9:00 and the verified then said Dr over slept and not sure when would be in. Really? The test she needs lasts an hour and I must leave in 50 minutes. Unbelieveable and Very Unprofessional! The receptionist said all she could say is sorry in a smart assy way. Dr Crebonna Miller came in about 9:45.No apology for being late, nothing. There will NOT be another set of hearing aids bought from here after these!
