Dr. Trespalacios completed his bachelor of science in biology and microbiology locally at UCF, when the idea of an affiliated medical school was only a dream.
I had a wonderful experience. I was a little nervous about having my surgery, but Dr. Tres and the nurses put those fears to rest. Dr. Collins is an optometric physician for TRES VISION Group. She graduated with her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry. She has worked in ocular care services handling cases from specialty contact lenses to macular degeneration. Recently, Dr. Collins was recognized for her accomplishments in glaucoma research by Space Coast LIVING.
Dr. Hansen is an optometric physician at our Suntree Eye Center. She graduated on the Dean's List from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor of science in 2009 then graduated with an additional bachelor's degree in Vision Science from Nova Southeastern University five years later. In 2014 she graduated as a Doctor of Optometry on the Chancellor's List from the same university.
You do not need to do anything special physically prior to having your eyes examined; please just remember to provide us with your insurance prior to your appointment to allow us to verify your benefits in advance. You will receive a preliminary glaucoma screening consisting of a pressure check and we will also measure the angles of your pupils.

The office visit was fine. However, their phone system is horrible. My appointment was in December 2020. I wasn’t able to get in touch with them to order contacts and lost my benefit for that year. After 4 months - called about 6 times within that timeframe and emailed them - I ordered online. However, was sent the wrong prescription because they did not verify it.

I can't say enough about the services that were provided to me ..I started with laser surgery to fix an issue by Dr. Tres and then afterwards cataract removal. He along with the other doctors I saw and the staff including Andi, Larissa..Charlotte, Brian..were all great. I'm sorry for not mentioning all the names! I was anxious about the procedure and they all took great care and patience with me. The front desk reception were all very nice 2! I can't thank enough for helping to restore better vision! This was our experience. My 85 yr old Mom was a patient here. As her daughter, I stepped in to help her when she was told she could not drive due to her poor eye condition. From start to finish this was the absolute WORST experience in a medical facility that I have ever had. The patients are treated like cattle. You sit for hours and hours for… simple follow up appointments. This is because you are fit in between surgeries. They called us each and every time she was to have a procedure and changed the time of the appointment. In one instance they actually called me and said oh come now

Usually a longer wait, but in within 10 minutes and soooo clean! Everyone cleaning as soon as you stand up from chairs. I was in 3 rooms with different techs and watched them cleaning and wiping everything! Been in and out of doctors, urgent cares, had mri in Rockledge and not once did I see anything being wiped down! I cannot thank Dr. Trespalacios and his professional staff enough for my eye care. My appointments leading up to cataract surgery with explanations of what would be done were thorough and comforting. Dr. Tres took time to explain the cataract and pterygium procedure. Surgeries on each eye were one week apart and went well. Follow up appointments provided updates on my progress during the healing process. Once all had healed, Dr. Tres performed astigmatism procedure, and I just completed my one month check up. I do not need to wear glasses for distance anymore! All is great! Dr. Tres is the best

I am writing this review for my husband, as he's not one to give feedback on Yelp. He went for laser surgery to clear up some cloudiness. It was today and I am hopeful that the surgery was successful. But he literally had to call and get info from the office, confirm his own surgery, get and exchange what was needed, etc. There was no communication whatsoever from them to us. While sitting in the office, there were other first-time patients looking at each other and saying things like 'What's going on here? What do we do?" So as far as communication skills, they get a big "

First time going here today . My appointment was for 7:30 and the place was already open because it seems Monday's are surgery day . I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen after filling out paperwork. I was then brought to the exam room where Regina did some eye tests before the doctor came in . I was having a really bad morning and she definitely was helpful and such a beautiful personality. After seeing the doctor I quickly got my next appointment and was finished. Total time one hour . So for me I'm giving them 5 stars . Thank you Genna on my follow up visit you always make

My appointment was scheduled for 1:15pm. I did not get out until after 4:00pm. I was exhausted. After choosing frames, I was told there was a glitch with the computers and I was asked if I did not mind if she took other people while I waited. The person who fitted me for my prescription lenses took several other people after I patiently waited. She continued to have a glitch with the computer and instead wrote the order.
