This Iowa PCA-produced webinar provides a brief history of Health Centers, an overview of how they work, their requirements, and benefits. What is a Community Health Center? This short video was produced by the Iowa PCA in collaboration with the Hawaii Primary Care Association and provides an overview of the services Health Centers provide.

It is the mission of the United Community Health Center to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care services to the uninsured, under-insured, and under-served of Buena Vista and Sac Counties. The United Community Health Center is open to serve anyone who seeks care regardless of age, sex, gender, race, ethnicity or income.

Good oral health is essential to maintain a good overall health. Our Dental Clinic offers cervices to patient all ages, including toddlers, children, teens, adults and seniors, we also offer prenatal oral care. All patients of United Community Health Center are eligible to obtain prescription drugs at a deeply discounted price, from 20-70% savings.

United Community Health Center is now offering outpatient psychiatric services. Services include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and discussion on individualized evidence-based treatment options. Each year millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness. During May, NAMI and the rest of the country are raising awareness of mental health.
