Wonderful doctor and staff. They got me in quickly and the doctor was able to fit me with very comfortable contacts. Switched to this doctor from Balfour on Coal St. because the staff was so rude. This place is the complete opposite. Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially the nice lady at the front desk. I would highly recommend !

By reading the reviews I truly believe some of them are lies, or people just having a bad day. This is my second visit and the staff here is amazing friendly and professional, they are very attentive and have a welcoming presents to themselves. Dr. Graves is an exceptional optometrist, he's patient and is always busy but when it's your time it's all about getting your eyes done right. Call ahead for an appointment because there might be a waiting list to be seen. Have your info ready to be verified, walk-ins not allowed any more, FYI.

I went too inquire about a job. This tall white lady looked annoyed and rudly told me what they were looking for, and kicked me out the door. I felt like she was disgusting with just answering my 2 questions I had.

This has got to be the worst place Ive ever been to. The white lady kept shaking her head right to left saying my age over and over when she found out I wanted contact lenses. Then she reschedules my apointment for a month from now. Then she tells me oh by the way our prices are much higher here than other places. I told her why dont you just say you dont want me to get my eye exam here. Ill go back to Dr. Balfours where I get treated better and with respect.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ever coming here! Leslie is rude and very unprofessional as she was no help! Absolutely No customer service at all. So upset as I was referred here from a family member. My absolute first and last time ever coming here!!! I was better off waiting for my regular eye doctor to open up as Doctor D’Orazio would never have his staff treat you horrible!!

Spent $304 on glasses & when I recieved them I could not see clearly at all. Lady upfront told me "that's the prescription you chose it's not our fault." I explained to her that the previous pair I purchased from there I had no trouble seeing, this pair I can only see from the area where a bifocal is usually located. She just scoffed & said "well it's your insurance company that made the glasses not us. We cant do anything about it. You chose the frame, prescription, & lenses not us." Not going back AGAIN. Please do not waste your money go elsewhere. 😒😒😒

I got wonderful help here when I was away for a roadtrip. I brought 2 pair of glasses for my journey and unluckily both got broken in a few days. Broken sidepieces and lost screws. Vision Clinic fixed both and I was very satisfied with their service.

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS because DR. GRAVE'S WIFE is DISRESPECTFUL, IMPOLITE, BAD-MANNERED, & UNEDUCATED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to simply ask about their return policy & she replied with an attitude "Why do you want to return your glasses? I mean what are we going to do with them!?" & LAUGHED AT ME.. I explained to her the reason why I didn't like my glasses & she snapped back at me "Well your the one who picked them out!" So I replied "Ok you don't have to catch an attitude with me, I just wanted to know about your return policy, if u had one, ok bye" & hung up...I'M NEVER
