Media Controlled installed an entire home system for me and I could not be happier. Not only was everyone wonderful to deal with during the install, but I have called with questions after they were done and they are so nice and helpful. My TVs and sound system are wonderful and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I don't usually write reviews, but great contractors are hard to come by so wanted to share.

We just moved to Coeur d’Alene and we wanted to finish out an unfinished basement with a home theater feature. Mark came by to assess the project. Mark gave us two or three options considering what we were aiming for as well as our budget.
We agreed on a system and Mark and his crew had everything installed on time. We had several different subcontractors we were juggling and Mark was very flexible. We had to bounce him around on a couple of occasions and he was able to accommodate us and was very pleasant about it. We love the new set-up.
I highly recommend Media Controlled to do any work

The entire staff at Media Controlled and Dish Links Is superb. Our company works with them frequently, and for good reason.
They respond to every A/V call we ask of them! When we have time sensitive calls, they always pull through. For major and minor projects nothing is too much to ask. I've seen them rip out fireplace mantles for major updates, and troubleshoot the most acute problems with ethernet cables.
My clientele demands personable and trustworthy people - their staff fits the bill.
Lastly, if you want Direct TV without calling a (not so great) call center, then call Media Controlled

Getting prepared to sell our home and the movie theater would not work. Several companies were solicited to fix it, including the Geek squad. They all failed to diagnose the problem. I called Mark, he came out straight away.i felt totally at ease in his diagnosis.....he was correct and with a new component everything worked superbly. Great man; brilliant in his diagnosis. I recommend him highly to anyone getting systems repaired or diagnosed. I have recommended him to several others......they have all been delighted at his service
