Rates Report

Rents are due on the first of each month with a $35 late fee for payments after the 5th, plus $5 per day thereafter. Guest is responsible for electricity charges on any reservation of one (1) month or longer. We reserve the right to refuse service and will not be responsible for damage to rigs, accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

A family owned park designed for your comfort and convenience. We purchased this property from a developer who had begun the project decades ago and due to situations beyond their control was unable to finish. We have taken that vision and expanded upon it. With an average site size of 32' x 65' there is plenty of room for your RV, cars, lawn chairs, and awnings.

They are located right by the highway exit. i ran over multiple nails from the highway. without hesitation they helped me jack up my van and take the tire off. excellence service from the owners of the company. highly recommend them and appreciate all their help. thank you very much

Owner personally took us to our site and helped us park. She pointed out many local attractions and gave suggestions. Park is very clean, well-organized and spacious.

Charming and quiet getaway, the park host Lisa was exceptionally kind and very informative. The pool was immaculate. I would highly recommend Timberland RV Park.

This is the most awesome RV Resort ever. Spacious. Clean Beautiful. Lisa the owner is awesome in every way. Really nice laundry beautiful scenery people are great. Having an awesome experience. Happy to be here.

Can't say enough good about this resort. Great management. Clean, throughout. Wide, generous. Great pool. Location great for us, 1 1/2 hour away for a quick, weekend retreat. Truly, a hidden gem!

We went to check it out for next year. They only had a 3 month opening so,we didn't see much. There is a pool not huge. This is a 55 & over RV park. Apparently their customers are very happy there. Was told most is repeat business. You can tour this park on their website. It's a good virtual tour

Nice campground but for the price $$$$, the parking pads should be paved or at least a paved landing pad where you didn't have to step directly from the dirt into the camper. I suppose it does preserve some of the natural beauty of the land. The staff is friendly and helpful but strict. One last thing, if your site is closer to the highway, be prepared for a heap of noise!
