They are fantastic. Their website is easy to use. Their customer service is outstanding. Every email I have sent has been responded to within the hour with either a reply or a phone call. They were incredibly patient with us when we were adding new hires to a last minute payroll. I was panicking and they acted like it was no big deal.

We have been using Accupay for a couple of months now, but we are extremely happy with the service. Our company has been using Accupay for our 1099 needs for many years and their payroll service for the past 18 months. The customer service we have received has been tremendous and we would highly recommend this company. They go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with their payroll reports as well as any other report we might need. Another plus is that if you need to call or email, their response time is almost immediate.
