I had a very good experience with Shoreway plumbing. I got 3-4 quotes to replace my 74g tank heater without recirculation with a tankless unit with built in recirculation. I worked with Douglas Lopez, who was great! Their quote was not the lowest, but competitive. Douglas pointed out clear and understandable shortcomings of my top tankless selection and showed why my second choice fit my needs better. Shoreway Plumbing replaced our old gas water heater with a new energy efficient heat pump hybrid water heater. This required relocation of the water heater to the other side of the garage with extension of the water pipes and addition of the electrical hookup. Through the entire process they were very professional, prompt, and explained everything well. Their workmanship was high quality and we are very satisfied with the results.
