Texas Country Inspection
We inspect homes and commercial properties with the level of attention, care, and personal investment we would have if we were buying it ourselves. We leave no stone unturned and we start at the foundation. We inspect each feature from the foundation to the roof, and everything in between. We pay attention to major issues and work to identify common problems based on our experience.

If we are inspecting a slab on grade home with brick veneer walls, we understand to look for step cracks in the brick veneer, or cracking around or above the framed overheard garage door opening. We work to identify concrete slab leaks. We inspect around window casements where the window is framed into brick veneer wall to see (if there are lentils) that they are properly installed, or if lentils are missing completely.
Services
We've all run into individuals who seem to always be in a hurry. They can't stop and take the time to make sure your needs are being met because they're afraid they'll miss out on that next big deal. At Texas Country Inspection, we see things differently. For instance, our client's are a big deal, to us.
At Texas Country Inspection, we believe in serving our community with a complete customer satisfaction guarantee. Beyond the Inspection services, Notary Public Service, and the various Insurance plans we offer, we also participate in many area organizations to improve our home town as well as surrounding communities.
Finding a reputable Home inspector in Lumberton is an instrumental part of the home buying process that essentially can save you a lot of time and money in the long run. Though sometimes a home inspection may feel like a waste of money, there can be numerous costly troubles unknown to the average buyer no matter the age of the home.
According to the Environmental Protection Agency, the most common types in the U.S. are the native Subterranean and Formosan termites. They cost approximately $1 billion in prevention and structural damage annually. They damage wood and any material containing cellulose. Termites are no laughing matter.
When purchasing a home, an important part of the process is learning as much as possible about the condition and the need for any major repairs before you buy. Unfortunately, many home buyers fail to consider that the pool or spa may actually be the most expensive component of the home. Even more than a roof.

This company was able to get an inspection done on a home we were under contract on. They responded quickly to any questions I had. Heather is great with people. The report came in the next night. I was worried with it being the weekend before Christmas since neither my husband nor I were able to be there but they were awesome! Highly recommend this company!! Thank you for everything!

Inspection was very thorough and informative. Owners extremely understanding. Had to reschedule my appointment, they called the homeowner, and coordinated with them to set up a new time. On time to the appointment, and took extensive detailed photos of all findings. Took time to answer questions via text and voice. Explained everything I had questions about, and gave a very professional opinion of the property to be purchased. Will use them again for future inspections.

Richard did a great job with my inspection. The process to schedule is quick and easy and can be done online. Payment was equally as convenient.
As a real estate agent, I have high expectations of inspection companies, and they did a great job.
Will use them again!

I feel that Texas Country Inspection went above and beyond durning my recent experience. Thier documentation and very through inspection with the pictures included, helped us determine the insight into the true condition of the home. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about house codes and construction needs, he made general recommended repairs even for stuff that could be a problem down the road. After sending a very lengthy report, Heather called and explained the entire report, answering any questions, even going into more detail. She also offered different companies that could assist or repair

My wife and i hired them to inspect our potential first home purchase and im glad we did. They showed up on a holiday to meet the 10 day grace period and went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of every issue in the home. If your looking for a great company to do the same then look no further, your in good hands!
