Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Employee was very non professional! Didnt tell me what day it would be done what time I could pick it up I asked how much it would be so I could pay for it than she rudely said she didn't know, was not given a reciept or any thing that would tell me about when to pick up, how much it would be etc etc etc!!!

The garment was not returned in the same condition it was left in. A button on the front on the coat had been displaced and poorly sewn back on. I noticed it right away at pick up and lady at the front seemed unconcerned. She just said it wouldn't be noticeable once zipped up. I left very disappointed. However, the owner reached out the next day and offered to have the coat fixed.

Worst place I have taken my suits and military uniforms too. Went to pick them up and they couldn't find my name. Then they only five my my suits and not my military uniforms. Said I didn't have anything else and I had to point it out to them. Couldn't find my receipt then over charges me for everything and doesn't say sorry about it. I will never go here again.
