We used Crosby for a new roof install in April. They did a great job in getting it done in a timely manner & with clean up. No complaints with that. However, at the time of getting the bid on the roof, they were contracted to do some small siding repair. I was told they would come back later. I was patient as I knew roofers were busy. I finally get an email in late June, they would be there that week to finish the siding repair. We got the siding out of storage, so everything was ready for them to complete the work. Unfortunately they didn't show. I gave them 2.5 weeks to show or call. No communication

Brian and his crew have done several projects for us! He has removed a wall in our house, replaced our deck flooring, replaced our deck rails, and most recently added a 12X24 addition onto my horse barn!! All projects were done when said they would be complete and done professionally!! All jobs that were quoted came in at or below quotes prices!! I would recommend Crosby Home Improvements to anybody looking for the job to be done right the first time, and on time!!

They replaced our roof a few years before doing our porch. We were so satisfied with the roof that we contracted Brian to do our front porch. His workmanship and work ethics were perfection. He was on job for 3 days and cleaned up every day like he was never there. Would hire them to do any remodeling that we will ever need. John and Karen
