Frontier Psychological Associates, LC is a private practice that has been providing mental health and substance abuse services in Southwestern Wyoming including Evanston, Bridger Valley, and the surrounding area since 1993. We offer stability of care as all of our clinicians have worked with our agency for at least seventeen years.
We have specialties that run the spectrum of problems our clients might encounter. We are customer-oriented and create a treatment plan that is focused on each client's individual needs. We understand the concern of sharing personal information in a small town setting and closely guard the confidentiality of each client.

Services
Julia Murray is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addictions Therapist and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) with over thirty-five years of experience as a therapist. She enjoys working with adults, adolescents, older children, couples and families. Her approach is to build on people's strengths to develop solutions for their current problems.
What do we offer? We offer individual and family therapy. If you are not sure what is needed, an initial appointment can help clarify treatment needs and what interventions will be most useful. We teach parents and children specific strategies to help improve your child's behavior, emotional functioning, and relationships.
SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) evaluations required for those who are subject to Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. We are certified by the State of Wyoming to provide evaluations and Level I individual treatment for court-ordered clients. We recognize alcohol and drugs affect people in different ways and tailor our treatment to match each person, rather than a "one size fits all" approach.
Work productivity can be severely disrupted when a death, injury or other traumatic event occurs at the workplace or to a co-worker. We can provide an initial phone consultation with management to determine what interventions will best help your employees recover and regain their effectiveness as quickly as possible.
Employer insurance plans change frequently and we often join new panels. Please call to see whether we are a provider for your insurance or if you need more information. We are also on many Employee Assistance Program (EAP) panels. If we are not on a certain panel and there are no other available, local providers, we can help explore the possibility of obtaining off-panel authorization.
