Congratulations on taking the first step to experiencing the luxury hand-tied extension experience! The consultation form is a series of questions that will help me best understand where your hair currently stands and what you're hoping to achieve from having hand tied hair extensions. This compiles all of the information I will need in order to give you the most accurate answers to your personal questions.
There is free parking in the back left parking lot behind the building. You can access the parking lot via Rangeline and First St SE or Main Street and First Ave SE. You are free to park in any spot that is not reserved. There is also free parking on the street on Main Street. Redefined Extension and Color Studio is located on the third floor, directly above "Digital Media Labs."
If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your service, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Your card on file will be charged. A new appointment cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid. If you are a new hand-tied extension appointment, I allow a ONE TIME reschedule of your initial extension appointment.
