We were on our way from Apple Valley, Minnesota to the 40th annual Wing Ding in Knoxville, Tennessee, when we had a problem adjusting the suspension on our 2004 Honda Goldwing trike. The problem surfaced in Memphis and my husband hoped it was a problem with the switch or a relay. He called Howard Honda from Memphis and indicated we would be in Nashville the next day. We arrived at the dealership at about 12:45 p.m., hot, tired, hungry and in a hurry to get the problem fixed and on to Wing Ding. Everyone at the dealership was phenomenally friendly and helpful. What a great experience I had at Howard's this week! My Honda Metropolitan's battery was dying so I called this bike shop, spoke with a very friendly man who quickly checked inventory and said that they would be happy to put it in for me at no charge. I arrived after work as they were closing, but the owner was most accommodating, gave me a great price on the battery, offered me birthday cake!, had the garage remove/dispose of the old one, checked my charging system to ensure that there were no issues there, checked my tire pressure (and filled them), and sent me on my way in less than

I left a review regarding my previous experience. It was horrible. Please read that first. Anyway, when I received a call from the general manager a few days ago, I thought, "Good! Went to have my motorcycle looked at because of a subtle sputtering issue, but I also happened to mention that my radiator wasn't hooked up completely since the radiator can be a pain to hook back up and just had to get it good enough to ride it to the "dealer" to get the bike looked at and fixed, and also mentioned it was low on coolant, just so they'd know and maybe put some more in. Well, it took over a week before I heard anything back, and when I did they said it's ready and didn't even ask me what I wanted done with it before they did it. All they did was focus
