I reserved a ride to the airport, they called and let me know it would be more expensive since we needed an SUV. Understood and said ok. Next morning they were a no show. They said there was confusion and they said they would call me right back. No call, I had to call again and they driver was supposed to call, he didn’t. They put on on hold and then told me they couldn’t find the driver and they were sorry. He didn’t sound sorry. I would not recommend.

I do not know how this company stays in business. I needed transportation to get my son and 5 groomsmen to his wedding. I call and spoke with Joel like a month before the event. He gave me a price, but said I needed to call back closer to the event date...like a week prior. I called him then and he then said he did not know if he can get a vehicle large enough to accommodate my group and said he would let me know by the next day...He never returned my call and after reading some reviews, I guess it was a good thing that we did not use this company.

I tried to order a taxi to take a round trip to the store. I was also going to pay cash. I have never used them before and have been staying at the local hotel for a week. They would not give me a ride because I did not have a cell phone number. My cell was stolen earlier that day. I offered to pay in advance by cash in full for the round trip. All I needed to do was run to the convenience store and back. SO RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL IN ANYWAY! Nothing I had asked would have hurt his business in anyway. Never available when you need them, horrible service and rude staff. If you live in the suburbs of Norristown pa forget it, they will not provide service. Uber or Lyft are the only options. You don't have a credit card linked up to thier app. Forget it , you cant use them either. But for sure, don't call these clowns, your wasting your time.

I called them at 10pm for a 4am pickup. Despite the late notice, they showed up on time and provided outstanding service. The driver was friendly and courteous and played extremely soothing music that was perfect for a ride to a surgery center for an early morning procedure. I'm glad that I called them.

Very bad service: I pre-scheduled and confirmed a 4AM pickup in Exton to the Airport. The driver arrived 1 hour late. His credit card mechanism did not function and I missed my flight to a family funeral in CA. Also, I incurred a fee for the rescheduled flight. The driver was apologetic, but my experience with Main Line Taxi was so terrible I will not be a repeat customer. Beware!

Worst experience ever. I scheduled a pick up two days ahead for 5am pick up to the airport. The driver didn’t show up so I called and the dispatcher was incredibly rude, telling me I’m holding up the phone lines and he would call me back in 5 minutes. He never called and I called back and he was screaming at me about holding up the phone lines and finally told me no cab was coming. I am freaking out about missing my plane. Luckily I used Uber and an awesome, kind driver came in 5 minutes and it was half the price. I will never use another cab company again. Thank you Uber!

I called around 7:30am to schedule a 9:30am pick up. At 9:35am, I call them to ask where the cab is, and they didn't have the reservation in the system. They sent someone out and told me that person would be there in 8 minutes. The driver then called a few minutes later, lost. I missed my bus, and it screwed up my plans for the day. So annoyed.

We called two days ahead to reserve a 1:45 taxi so we could get to the airport on time. Not only did they apparently forget about our reservation when we called at 1:45 asking if the car was close, but we had to wait more than a half hour for the car to even arrive, and we almost missed our flight. This company needs better customer service and to fulfill its promises. We will take an Uber next time.

Needed to catch a train to a train station that was just seven tenths of a mile away. I'd said when calling the night before that I had to catch this specific train and the driver had to be there at an exact time. The driver was seven minutes late. I made it because I allowed for poor service. When at the station and I asked how much, the driver looked at his phone and said it was $6. Seemed high for a short trip that had one light and took about four minutes.

Made a reservation using their app the day before a trip to the airport. After checking and rechecking to confirm it was there, the cab never showed up. Then our reservation magically showed up on the app as cancelled. Running through airport with children we made it as doors were closing, but family vacation nearly ruined. Never again. Uber from now on.

Worst service ever. I have ordered cars three mondays in a row. Today , 25 minutes late allowing me to miss my amtrak. Cars reeks, driver has an ashtray and air freshener in the front seat. Three weeks ago the car should not have been on the road. The brakes squealed with every touch. The driver had no, change, no receipt and could not take a credit card. I called the company to have a receipt and was told the managers were in a meeting and I would have to call back.

Literally had a drunk driver. Empty handed of brand name Whiskey in the front. Wth. I don't know why the heck we didn't get out, I mean I know it was late. It was 2am. But that doesn't mean it's okay to nearly crash is twice, almost pass out 3 times and have a weird table which you knock over repeatedly in your car. Very nice seeming guy but please, DO NOT DRIVE DRUNK AGAIN. So scared during this ride....

STAY AWAY, called for ride to airport and the car they sent was in disgusting shape, trunk was full of crap and I couldn't fit in my luggage and it was disgusting to even sit in. They have faulty meters I always pay around $110 but this meter showed $135. My humble request is to stay away and go with uber or even city cabs.

I Called at 1:00 am for a ride, was told it was on it way( i live 7 minutes from Ardmore). I called back at 1:30 to find out when the cab would arrive, was put on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back- no answer.

Booked Main Line Taxi to head to airport this week. Driver was on time but omitted to start the meter immediately and then became upset about loosing out on $4.00! She then stated that she had to make up the $4 so would take the heavier traffic route. Ridiculous... I got to the airport and paid by CC. The driver then called me at close to midnight requesting my CC info again because she wrote it down wrong. Close to midnight!!! I asked her if she knew what time it was and she said around 11 like it was no big deal.

Ordered a cab for some friends from overseas to go from Wayne to 30th St train station. I asked the driver which way he was going to go to which he responded 476 North onto 76;
Perfect, it was 9:45pm, they had a 11:00pm train, they'd have plenty of time. I told them to text me when they arrived so I know they got there. They txt me at 10:40pm that they'd just arrived. We booked a taxi the night before for 4.15am pickup for our visiting friends. Our friends called us at 430 as it had not showed and we had not heard from the company. So we called them. It was still 7 minutes away.
We then picked our friends up and drove them to the station in order for them not to miss their train. When we picked them up the taxi finall arrived and was seen driving in the opposite direction awah from the pickup point.

Last week, I had googled taxis in the area and having the naTme Main Line Taxi, I decided this was a safe bet. I started out satisfied with the phone service. I was able to reserve a taxi several hours ahead of time. As our pick up time got closer, I called to confirm about a half hour before our pick up. They said they would be there and call me when they were on their way. As we waited outside our destination, several Main Line Taxis came and picked up other people outside. When I called back, they said "sometimes people steal taxis." It was infuriating because it was cold, we
