These guys have spammed...atleast three times in the last month. They offer a $5 starbucks gift card for talking to them (at my consulting rate that would buy just over a minute of my time).
Perhaps if the spent this much effort on client websites their rating would be on par with other web design firms and they would get word of mouth customers. I highly recommend you don't respond to their emails.

We hired the Plumtree group to help us redesign our website and move to in February of 2014 and got the project started in April of 2014. We FINALLY launched the site in February of 2015. We designed each page in photoshop and the designs were submitted in September. September-February were the worst months of my life as every page of the site needed a complete audit. They lack UX skills, site architecture/SEO skills, attention to detail and general follow-through. All development is done overseas. Every task required several emails checking-in before it got done. We hired the Plumtree Group to design and build a new website to replace our current website. 9 months later we have nothing workable. We had to design each page ourselves, as they the lacked talent they sold us on, to do any reasonable design work. They have little to no experience with UX even though they sold us on their capabilities.
We now had to hire another firm to start over. Fortunately we have more in 7 days including a real time live
development site with daily advances and corrections than we got in 6 months from Plumtree. The site with our new firm will have us in a live test phase
