Drove here from Buffalo,NY after hearing too many good things to not check it out. Absolutely worth the drive. Every staff member was wonderful and kind and helpful. The variety was unique and yet had all the staples too. The prices were competitive and occasionally downright astonishingly cheap for very well developed larger plants. 2 different works gave me discounts on a plant just because! Seriously they made my day. I bought 10 plants and could have happily bought 30 more if I had the room for them. I'll be back for outdoor gardening season if not sooner. Potratz team...you are the BEST. Please

Potratz Floral Shop does lovely work. Two of the plants I ordered this year, a Peace Lily and Poinsettia, were beautiful. I’m from out of town and ordered for a friend who lives in Erie. Their work is exceptional and the arrangements are very creative. The workers are so knowledgeable and accommodating. They are Very professional and respectful. I highly recommend this business. I’m glad I found this florist.

Potratz did our flowers for our wedding in June 2021. I had a great experience working with Mel to make our floral vision come alive. I didn’t know much about flowers and found it sometimes hard to describe exactly what I wanted, but I learned so much from Mel. She really knows her stuff! I love how resourceful she is too; she would suggest ways we could use our flowers both at our ceremony and reception. She is very kind, professional, and detail-oriented. They have so many varieties of everything! I was not only able to find plants I've been looking for and couldn't find anywhere else, but so much more I didn't know I wanted until I was there, and varieties of each I didn't know existed. I love that they explain to you whether or not each plenty will survive an Erie winter, how to care for your plants, and answer any questions you have about anything they have there. The very friendly lady who rung up my purchase was very knowledgeable about not only my purchase, but several behind me, as well. I could wander there all afternoon. I will definitely

The best greenhouse for plants and exotic plants/trees. A real treasure seriously... you have to go!!! This is the BEST place by a landslide, a real hidden gem. I travel 2 hrs to come here for my plants and am never disappointed. So much bigger than it looks from the outside/front. The workers are very helpful which is an added bonus.

I would highly recommend coming to this greenhouse, it’s absolutely amazing and one of the biggest greenhouses that I have ever been to! They have a huge selection of plants and have all ranges of sizes here. The staff here is also super friendly and helpful and even wrapped and bagged my plants up really nicely for their drive back to NY. If you have a chance to come here, take it!
