Wetscape/Royal irrigation workers are encouraged to “find things that are broken” often rewarded for lying to the customers on non necessary repairs. They also offer terrible warranties, when in fact if you buy from the actual sprinkler head company they give you a 5 year warranty. Most of the workers aren’t bad people. I suggest calling smaller companies that are run by one or two people. The guy ED Rogers (partial owner). loves it when back-flows freeze over from the worker not turning the valves after winterization, if it’s been 13 months looks like your spending 389-450$ on a new back

They installed a new sprinkler system very quickly and boy was it a great deal of work. After they dug holes in which to place the machinery, they had to use real state of the art equipment to go all the way underneath my driveway. They did what I thought was impossible. The team was great, and they followed up with me to make sure all was good. I had many large tree roots they had to get through. But they did it!! If you want ti done right, call Wet Scape!

I had 2 other vendors come out to scope the job but Ed sat down with me and spent the extra time to discuss the system and what was being offered. The crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. They worked efficiently and effectively, taking great care to not disrupt our flowers and plants. They were careful with grass removal and diligently put it all back after everything was installed. Very professional crew! Could not be more pleased with the project. The office staff was responsive and quick to get in touch about any changes!

Royal Irrigation installed our new sprinkler system. The entire crew, from the estimator, to the installation crew, to the office was extremely professional and amazing to work with. They were on time (so important!), neat (minimized damage to the newly leveled and seeded backyard) and explained how the new system worked and helped set up the wifi features! I have already recommended them to two friends, and fully recommend them to everyone!

I've used other sprinkler installation companies in the past, so I thought the service I received from them was adequate given the line of work. Boy was I wrong. Royal Irrigation definitely has a "royal" approach to lawn irrigation. The amount of pride they take in their work is evident. My installation couldn't be neater. Very impressed! I feel like every sprinkler company needs to get mentored by them to help up their game.
