My husband and I have had mold/mildew problems with a brand new house for 5 years! No one could figure out the cause of the issue. I called Ira and Him and his crew had my 5 year old moisture Problem figured out in a matter of Minutes speaking with him on the phone! They came out and discussed a plan of action to get our home to a healthy state! From the time I hired Ira I knew he’d get the job done with no questions if mold would return! Sunlight contractors are professional, well educated on mold and moisture/ spray foam and will get the job done! We are moved back into our home and are 100% satisfied with the job!

Our house needed repairs done quickly, so we searched Yelp and they responded immediately. Touched base over the phone, explained the repair needed and they came out the very next day. Showed up promptly, greeted me with masks and completed the job in a timely & efficient manner. They were cost effective and very courteous/personable. I would highly recommend Sunlight Contractors for any of your repair needs.
