I bought over $5000 worth of products and prepaid $1000 fir the installation but decided to do the installation myself. I picked up the merchandise from the store.
Mike wouldn’t refund my money for the prepaid installation even though it didn’t cost him a penny.
Mike gave me a store credit but now he won’t return my calls. He’s probably short on cash that’s not my problem. I’m super P’Od.

My wife and I decided to purchase multiple TVs and multiple home theater set ups about a month ago Mike and his team has 1st class service. Mike was outstanding in helping us find the TVs and home theater components we were looking for and explained the differences between models. I could not be happier with the newest additions to our home. I had questions a few days after and Mike was happy to walk me thru my questions. Jason and his team did an excellent job of creating a home theater system in my living room that does exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. He was willing to spend the time to understand what I wanted the system to do and designed it perfectly. The installation was even better. They took their time to get it right, even suggesting some changes to how I thought it should be set up that turned out to be dead on. I highly suggest you call All Star for any home theater/audio needs you may have.

I have been dealing with All Star for over ten years now at both my business and at several homes where I have lived. Not only are they extremely professional and knowledgable about their products, they're just really nice people to deal with. They are on time, efficient, and they always cleanup and take the time to familiarize their clients with their new systems. Also, they sell audio video furniture, as well. I have one in my office and one in our man cave. Amazing!!! I'll never use anyone else!!!

I have done business with All Star Audio for over 20 years. This is a family owned business and customer service has always been exceptional. I bought some speakers from them a few years ago and they installed them in my house. I was really happy with their work. I recently moved so I decided to do some upgrades, including installing some speakers outside and some in-wall speakers in the leaving room. They came out and gave me an estimate. Came back days later and installed everything as promised, no surprises.

5 stars for All Star. Purchased a complete system 9 years ago and was very happy with Mike Lawless and his team. Old plasma TV went out recently so had All Star replace TV, AV receiver and update rest of system. Problems with new Onkyo receiver which they promptly replaced. Same problem due to manufacturers bug. Mike came out to bypass it and make sure we had TV. Replaced 2nd one with Denon and all is great now. Fair prices and great family service. His techs are very competent. Recommend All Star.

I called All Star Audio Video to come out and give me a quote on fixing up my living room, master bedroom, and game room. The quality of Mike's work is as if he is doing the work in his own house. Their attention to detail is extremely impressive. There is no value I can put on knowing I have a reputable family owned company backing up their work. I could not be more happy with the work Mike and Joey did at my house. When it comes to entertaining, my audio video set up really takes my house to the next level!
