Things could have been different...Called 12:10, 13 minutes away, blew a tire on a double wide trailer, nothing fancy. The guy just sat down for lunch- fine we can wait. No issue. 1:15 they finally call and say they have another call they need to attend to and ask if okay, say we prefer to get it now as it is an open trailer on the side of 54. They say fine. We called at 2:00 to check in because we are 13 minutes from where the trailer needs to be brought, they said 10 minutes. A little more than 10 minutes and he shows up.
