With over 24 years of experience in customer service, I know that we don't exist without our customers. There is a satisfaction of working with our customers to bring ideas from concept to fruition. I am privileged to have expanded my customer service and sales skills within the flexible packaging food industry over the past 10 years.
Our in-house quality systems, broad capabilities and 24+ years of experience have given us extensive pouch-producing capability across multiple pouch shapes and sizes. We fill 285 million pouches every year in every batch size up to 1,500 gallons. Our advanced food packaging process brings together premium, high-quality product with sophisticated, flexible packaging.
Our food pouches are full of great things-including, but not limited to, the quality products that go inside them. The team members at PouchTec have been named as inventors on more than a dozen packaging and formulae patents at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. With a variety of shapes to varying spouts, zippers and directional pours, we can create up to 100 different iterations of flexible pouches.
20,000 square feet of this space are utilized for production and warehouse operations, while 5,000 square feet are dedicated to administrative offices and quality assurance analytical lab facilities. We also operate an additional 100,000-square-foot PouchTec warehouse center located 12 miles from our main manufacturing facility.
PouchTec Industries, LLC is a North American contract food and liquid packaging company specializing in flexible stand-up pouches. We're based in Foley, Minnesota, where our 25,000-square-foot manufacturing facility produces up to 285 million pouches annually. We use our 24+ years of pouching experience to improve product quality and packaging options for the benefit of our customers.
