Shady Oaks RV & Mobile Home Park

Great little RV park. My wife and I have been traveling the Southeast and this park is definitely in our top 5 .

I love it here! Moved in a week before Aug 1, 2021. David and Kari, the owners, along with son, Kyle and DIL Savannah have been the most helpful, kind, caring people! Including Mr. Dave the Maintenance man!! They all go the extra mile to help all the residents of the park. The lots are spacious and landscaped with native plants, flowers and gorgeous old Spanish moss hung oak trees which are a blessing in the Florida sun! The office, game room/ pub and pool are kept clean and there is always something going on for us to take part in. There are food items for purchase and beverages / ice cream and

They are so rude and not caring at all. So sad to still see people like this.

U must have me mistaken. My family didn't stay there or stay there temporarily. First find out what is even going on before u say something that is completely untrue.u must not remember because that didn't happen at all . Your records don't show because none of my family lived there one friends family did. And I guess I was right about how y'all are so rude because you jumped at a reply and didn't even know the story.

Quiet, relaxing rv park with outstanding people in office. Kari, Savannah, Dave go out of their way to make you feel right at home. Will definitely be back.

Small park, clean grounds and facilities, far enough removed from highway to be quiet. Very friendly and helpful owners and hosts. We’d stay here again. We stopped for one night.

Planned on one night but stayed for a week. This campground is one of the friendliest I have ever stayed at.
Laundry has many washers/dryers including a large washer for comforters. Also kept spotless. Pool not open yet due to maintenance . Shady spots available. One very reasonable price for full hookups, cable, internet, pool, camp store & pub for adult beverages. Propane is also available. Shopping within 6 to 10 miles.
It felt like home. Would recommend it if you like peace & quiet.
Will definitely return on my way back to Florida later in the fall.

When we walked into office we were greeted like family.
Small and quaint campground on one side ,mobile home park in the back.
They offer wifi, cable & propane and a small bar.
Come by and meet the NEW owners they are willing to show you around, and ANSWER all your questions.

Very friendly and welcoming folks here. We were led into our site which was located near the office. Plenty of shade, a picnic table, and a wooden swing right outside our door. I wish I could remember the new owners name as she was very nice and encouraged me to use the pool. I wish I had brought a swim suit! No frills, but the location and price were perfect. We would definitely stay there again!

We LOVE this place! We moved there for the amenities and beautiful setting. David & Kerrie are super nice. The pool area is very nice. Beautiful tropical mural painted on the building & you feel like it's an oasis! The pool is older & could use minor repairs, but still kept clean & it's a great asset. Just gorgeous oak trees everywhere! Neighbors were friendly & made us feel welcome. Quiet and safe! Nice bathhouse too! You're right next to a paved bike trail and that's a bonus. Rates are great! Laundry facilities are kept clean & so the job.
We will be back!!

Great RV park! And very Veteran friendly. The new owners are nice and will do anything to accommodate.
We have a 34’ travel trailer and had no issues maneuvering in the park. We called and let them know we were coming in late and the maintenance man greeting and helped us to our spot.
Nice spacing in between spots and lots of trees for shade. Grass sites that were well maintained and semi leveled. Electric, water and sewage hookups were centrally located.
Bathrooms and showers were clean. Laundry facilities have five washers and five dryers and even one big commercial washer-$1.50 to wash
