I got a bid for a gate that was very vague at best. when I inquired what the bid entailed, it did not include any of my requests. so I got a competing bid and wow. the details of the competing bid gave a complete picture of the quality of product and every detail of what I was purchasing. Obviously, I'm going with the competing bid.
