The absolute worst. I made an appointment a week prior for Friday 12 PM. He called that morning to cancel and try to reschedule for Monday. When I explained that would ruin the weekend for us he rescheduled for Saturday morning 11 AM. The he called me at work Saturday 10 AM saying he was at my house early and wouldn't wait around. I hung up.
