After reviewing our needs for asphalt repair and resealing, Anderson Asphalt submitted a contract for work which was approved by our condo board. After a walk-around of our development, Anderson included 4 tons of asphalt to repair certain areas, came out to line those spots with spray paint and eventually patched several of them. The asphalt needed to settle for a month, we were advised, before sealant would be applied. However, they left 2 very conspicuous areas that were lined for repair but left unpatched. They just seemed to forget about these. When they were reminded of the unfinished areas

Greg Anderson and his crews did a remarkable job repaving our property. Their planning and executions of the work was right on target. With 11 acres on the gulf and 128 units to work around, all the crews performed their jobs with the utmost care and professionalism. Our roadways were around 30 years old and needed repaving. This was the end of our rebuild program and was the icing on the cake. The new asphalt and curbing really improved our overall appearance. Anderson installed pavers at our front entry which updated our 50-year-old property. Many thanks for all the help in finishing this project
