Camp Eder is a year-round Christian Conference and Retreat Center located near Gettysburg, PA in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Our facilities range from hotel styled rooms to rustic cabins. Enjoy wooded slopes, savory home-cooked meals, the sound crackling fires and fresh mountain air as you grow personally and spiritually in the serenity and splendor of God's creation.

Our goal is to make Camp Eder open to every family. We're proud to never have turned a camper away for financial reasons, and it's people like you who help make this a reality. The positive change we see in those who come to camp is truly priceless. Consider making a donation of any size to our camp fund.

This beautiful stone chapel sits atop the mountain overlooking the orchards and valley below. Once a Church of the Brethren meetinghouse in Sterret's Gap near Carlisle, PA, the chapel was moved to Camp Eder reconstructed under the watchful eye of master builder Ed Nace in the spring and summer of 2004.

The family and I have gone here for the past three years for the "Christmas Tree Festival". People are super nice. They have a homemade meal and horse drawn carriage rides all for free (donations appreciated if you can afford). Lots of christmas lights, a bonfire and a bake sale to enjoy.

An amazing, beautiful camp, with great Christian values and teaching for the youth. Rustic wagons, cabins, and nice lodges. I have many fond memories of camp fires, skits, camp songs, hikes, the creek, pig roasts, and making life-long friends!
