Carolyn did an excellent job planning our trip. We had a few glitches with our flight, but Carolyn got right on the problem and fixed it for us so that we were able to stay on our schedule. We were unable to get into a Luau prior to our trip and while we were at our destination she was able to get a reservation for us. She made sure our trip was perfect from the day we planned the trip until after we got home. We would not hesitate to use Carolyn again.

Well...I am interested in replanning a trip to Italy (business class) but will not unless a "cancel for any reason" policy is available for NYS residents. I called the agency to inquire if they are aware of any insurance carrier actually offering the coverage before we delved into booking airfare (again business class$$$$). I was told yes their agency does sell it. I asked which company was it through such as Nationwide, Berkshire Hathaway, etc) only to see if it was a quality A+ company and I was told they "cannot divulge the information". No point in going any further with trying to book airfare

I could not be more delighted with a travel agent. Carolyn Waffle worked tirelessly to make the trip of my dreams to England and Ireland a reality.
Then covid-19 hit and the trip fell through due to travel restrictions. I can only imagine the anguish and sleepless nights she experienced on my behalf as well as others getting refunds for us and staying in touch with possibly angry and/or distressed clients. When this pandemic is over and we are free to travel, Carolyn will be making the arrangements. In times like these the value of a good, professional person should not go unrecognized.

Carolyn has been tremendous! I couldn't recommend her more - she's hand's down the best travel agent I have worked with. She made reserving a trip to Jamaica for myself (in Boston) and my husband (in Tampa) easy, and for less money than we thought. She planned our travel so we would meet on connecting flights - and found great options with a short turn-around time. Her deals on Sandals all inclusive packages are a fabulous deal too!

Carolyn is the BEST! She makes sure that everything is in order so all I have to do is relax and enjoy my vacation. If anything goes wrong on my trip she gets it fixed immediately. If there are ever any additional savings she gets them for me. At this point she’s saved me combined WAY over $10,000!!!! Carolyn makes all of my tropical vacation dreams come true 🏝🐠🍹🏖❤️

Carolyn has been amazing! She helped us decide the perfect resort for our honeymoon. On our way home our flight got super delayed and we were going to miss connecting flights. I contacted her and within mintues I had a response and she rescheduled everything for us. She made everything so easy. I'd 100% recommend using Carolyn as your travel agent. Takes any worry out of travel.

Carolyn is wonderful. We began talking about our Honeymoon about 8 months prior. She was great - we talked over the phone for awhile to figure out the best place for us to go on our Honeymoon based on our wants and budget!! We chose Sandals Montego Bay, Jamaica. It was the most incredible week of our LIVES! Perfect fit for us. Carolyn is very… professional & honest.
