Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers is proud to offer a wide array of healthcare services at our three campuses: Archbold Medical Center, Bryan Hospital and Montpelier Hospital. Our flagship campus in Bryan hosts our regional interventional cardiology program, New Beginnings Birthing Center, radiation oncology and the bulk of our specialty and surgical services.

Montpelier Hospital is a full-service critical access hospital with a special focus on inpatient rehabilitation care. Archbold Medical Center hosts a cross section of outpatient clinics and same-day surgical services. Our 700+ employees are dedicated to providing immediate, heartfelt attention so community members can receive the very best care without traveling far from home.
Services
Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers (CHWC) is dedicated to providing top-quality healthcare services close to home. Services offered at Archbold Medical Center include gastroenterology; ear, nose and throat (ENT); cardiology; pain management; orthopedics; physical, occupational and speech therapy; and more.
CHWC is pleased to offer exceptional inpatient therapy and nursing to our community, affording patients and their families the opportunity to remain close to home during the rehabilitation process. This professional team offers treatment that is customized to each patient's needs and abilities. Contact our admissions coordinator at 419-485-6481 for more details, or fax referrals to 419-485-6495.
Bryan Hospital's OB/Maternity Department, New Beginnings Birthing Center, consists of nine large rooms that accommodate new mothers and their families throughout their hospital stay. Mothers will go through labor, delivery, recovery and post-partum in the comfort of the same hotel-like room. Childbirth is both an emotional and highly technical event.
The weeks leading up to, and the night before a surgery can be restless. Worries and questions run through your head, fear about what will actually happen during surgery and anxiety concerning recovery can be overwhelming. Having total joint replacement surgery at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers is different.
CHWC staffs a talented medical team to provide operative care and meeting all state, federal and Joint Commission requirements for a safe and clean environment. Additionally, our pre-op clinic provides valuable patient education and preparation prior to the day of surgery as well as ensuring the day of surgery goes as smoothly as possible.
