Our practice specializes in pharmacological pain management. Our philosophy is one of compassion with a goal of restoring patient function by controlling pain to the best of our ability. We do not promise complete pain relief but we will never abandon a patient and will work diligently towards improving the patients quality of life.
How do we begin? The patient process begins with a referral from your doctor of record. There are no exceptions and every new patient must have a referral. Your medical records regarding your source of pain, diagnoses, imaging studies, attempted treatments, and responses to therapy must all be provided to our practice for review prior to your first visit.

Wonderful caring Drs Gave me a few years of happiness without suffering For the first time ever I was able to go
On a family vacation and become actively involved in my grandbabies life’s Unfortunately beware don’t let people know you go here because of someone gets mad and calls. The dr has no choice but to discharge you. I’m suffering now but I do not blame it on pain management I tried being careful. Not to let people know I went there. 10 years on pain meds and then nothing is super hard. I don’t know what I’m going to be able to do just asking God to help me get through this

Very compassionate, but struggles with prior authorizations with insurance companies . These New York State guidelines have made it impossible for my Dr do the required pre auth required for my meds, delays them for up to a week. Patient is completely helpless to answering machines, insurance company phone calls , and trying to relay info from insurance company to pre auth nurse/ answering machine. Thank you New York State for making my life even more difficult than it already is, and taking a wonderful Doctors hands and tie them.

Dr. Cline is a very compassionate, kind doctor whom I referred several of my closest friends and colleagues. He is highly aware of alternatives for pain management and medications. His practice is one of the very very few willing to address this important problem for so many patients. Many doctors are unwilling to address this very important problem. He carefully screens patients, if you are an addict, this is not for you. You will be tested on a regular basis, if you fail your test you will be dropped.
