Hired Jeff for a custody case. He is a terrible lawyer. I told him my kids were at risk and he did not care. Unresponsive and acted like I was a burden. His whole staff did. Even though I payed them a lot of money. Do not hire them they only care about getting payed. They put my kids in danger! And he did not care at all! Find another lawyer in Franklin for any of your legal issues. Terrible that’s all I have to say.

Wow, all the paperwork from this firm has the INCORRECT address on it. BEWARE, as overnighted time sensitive documents, that were RETURNED to me because the secretary, ________, failed to mention the address was incorrect. (Needless to say OVERNIGHTING documents is NOT cheap.) Even my name was misspelled on some of the paperwork. This firm is laughable.
Additionally it took this firm 3 tries and 2 days to get the funds wired to me. A process that normally takes less than an hour. So if you don't care about attention to detail and mediocrity is acceptable to you then this is the place.

Absolutely the worst Law Firm I have ever dealt with in my life they are inconsistent and they are extremely dishonest they tell you one day they will do something for you and the very next day they change their mind .I specifically asked them to draft a very very simple document for me at least four separate times they agreed and on four separate times at least they came up with excuses why they would not do it. I contacted them on Monday and they continued to say they would send me documents they never sent me anything then on Friday I finally contacted them only for them to tell me once again
