Amazing little store with a fantastic selection of beautiful products, including all local products. We wanted to shop local this year for Christmas gifts and we found everything we needed and more!
The lady in the shop was so friendly and helpful and very vigilant about mask control which we appreciate! Its important for everyone to feel safe shopping and this store definitely does that.

My mom lives on HHI and I'm about 4 hours away. With only a couple of days left until Mother's Day, I started looking for gifts online. The Lettrs website doesn't have pictures of merchandise, so I called the store, hoping someone could help me choose the perfect gift over the phone. Lynn went above and beyond any customer service I've ever received. She even sent pictures to my phone! After I payed, she sent me a picture of my mom's gift, wrapped beautifully. I was looking for a bridal gift because I'm in a wedding. I had seen an ad for this in a Hilton Head guide book so I gave it a try and I was very pleased. The ladies working graciously gave me suggestions and were very patient with me as I contemplated. They suggested somewhere for me to get a satin robe for the bride and they gave me suggestions on embroidery for it. They also directed me towards other gifts. I'm very happy with the service and personal care they put into their help.

I went in yesterday to search for a gift after work. To be fair, the owner was not present. I went in the door to the right where the hours are not posted, so I assumed the store closed at 6 pm. Come to find out, the store closes at 5:30 pm. There was a younger girl there who I've seen before and an older lady. The older lady did greet me but she was not very friendly and not too interested in helping me, except for helping me get out of the door. The worst part about my experience is that they TURNED OUT THE LIGHTS on me as I was in the store. I guess that was my cue to leave. I worked at a gift
