My hairstylist was wonderful. We scheduled a consultation in which she ask questions but also listened to my concerns and needs. She was very informative and knowledgeable about what my hair's need. She didn't rush the process, she was very Professional and I loved the results. I'll be back, definitely 😁👍

All the staff at The M Salon are wonderful, but my girl Calli is the BEST! I have super dark hair and she always gives me the best baby lights/balayage, and always keeps the integrity of my hair priority. I’m so thankful I found The M Salon! If you’re not already a client here you’re really missing out. ❤️

Never once had a bad experience here. Isaac at the front desk is so welcoming and sweet, and I've gotten my hair and nails done here dozens of times and I've always been a very happy customer 😍

My first time there, and it won't be my last. The location is easy to find (Derby Downs Center). The salon is a bit dated and tired, but there is plans to move to a new location next year (2021). But I will say that they have the comfiest chairs and their wash basin doesn't hurt your neck. You actually lay your whole head down in the sink basin and can relax as you're getting your scalp massaged. Heavenly! My stylist Brittany Johnson did an awesome job and was very skilled and efficient with both my color and cut. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good

Visited The M Salon this weekend for a full body massage. $50 for a one hour massage is a great price, so I was in! I was a little nervous about a bustling salon being relaxing but it was perfect. The heated massage table was a real treat. The room was comfortable and quiet. April was very thorough in asking me what areas of the body I wanted her to focus on and she listened! She used just the right amount of pressure and did an amazing job! I was so pleased, I booked my husband a massage appointment for the upcoming week. Nobody beats M Salon. I have been there multiple times - both for myself and my girls - and every time we get knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent service. Ask for Katie or Brandon. They'll take care of you :)

I didnt have an appointment today but i walked in to get a hair cut. Brittany Lane was my stylist and she did a great job and was very patient with me. I love my hair! This was my first time here, all the stylist were friendly and smiling. Very clean and nice atmosphere!

I've always had a good experience​ at the M Salon, whether it be hair, nails, or even a massage​ they always do a great job. The few times I've had an issue they have always been kind and fixed the problem.

Had a wash and style with Savanah and she did amazing job. Can't wait to try out all the other services they offer!

This salon and their entire staff are great! I've never had a bad experience! I've always been promptly waited on and offered refreshments while I wait. Skye did my pedicure and was AMAZING! she really took time to make sure my feet were perfect! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a salon that really caters to your needs and isn't worried about just getting you in and out.

The 2 worst color jobs I've ever had! I thought the first time that it didn't process right or something. I went back and had the same problems. When I complained, they treated me awful. Horrible customer service if you let them know you are unhappy!

Love my nails. Needed simple and elegant to match my new blue sun dresses.
